For image generation we transmit the photos you upload to the following AI service providers as recipients or processors:

Transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR). The photos are processed solely for the purpose of image generation.
8. Directory data from publicly accessible sources
For our business directory we also process information about businesses that have not created a user account (unclaimed profiles). The following categories are processed:
- Company name
- Address
- Contact details (e.g. phone number, email address, website)
- Opening hours
- Geodata (location)
- Aggregated review scores
Sources are publicly accessible directory and map services as well as the business's own website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a comprehensive business directory (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This notice also serves to fulfil our information obligations under Art. 14 GDPR.
Affected businesses and persons can request access, rectification or erasure at any time and object to the processing under Art. 21 GDPR (by email to info@homestagingki.com or via the platform's contact feature). In the event of an objection, the entry is removed and permanently blocked from being re-created automatically.
